Klondike Our boy Klondike, where do I begin?! The very first time I met Klondike (he was my father's pup), I did not know my dad had adopted a greyhound. I got out of my car and this white and red skinny, bouncy and alert-eared guy came towards me and did what I was to learn a "play bow". I was HOOKED! We played and played, and I ended up adopting a greyhound of my own by the end of the week (see the story of Brother). Klondike officially became mine after my father passed, it was an easy transition for him since we were always together. Klondike had many names, but mostly Cat-Dog. He loved to play like a dog, but when he didn't want to be bothered...he was very cat-like. He was Alpha and not afraid to use it. Klondike brought many a smile, laugh and carpet cleanings into our lives......and we miss all of it dearly! He went to the Rainbow Bridge in Aug. 2005 due to cancer and we miss him as if it was just yesterday! Run free and painless our precious "K"...another nickname ;-) Jacquie and Tom Corona
